Complimentary night rewards will post to your profile at the end of each quarter, you will receive an email notification, and a certificate will be mailed to you. *Only you may earn Personality Perks Rewards or achieve stays for your account. Members cannot earn credit for the stays of any other guest. If you are a registered guest, you may receive Personality Perks credit for up to two rooms (i.e., your room plus one other) if both rooms are registered in your name, you personally settle all room charges upon checkout and the guests staying in the other room(s) are immediate family members. *Personality Perks cannot be earned on all rates from pre-paid and opaque channels, such as but not limited to, priceline.com, expedia.com, hotels.com, hotwire.com, site59.com, travelocity.com, orbitz.com, travelweb.com, etc. *Other rates that do not earn Perks are employee rates, complimentary rates, Personality Perks reward stays, and certain contracted rates. *Personality Perks are not earned for no-show or cancellation charges. *We reserve the right to correct any Personality Perks reward values, letters, or e-mail statements sent in error. If you are not properly credited for your Personality Perks reward, contact the Personality Perks administrator at 1-415-351-4150 or perks@personalityhotels.com to inquire about your account and receive credit for your eligible stay. *Credit will be issued throughout the year for previous eligible stays during that calendar year for which guest was not credited through error. Members must contact the Personality Perks Administrator to receive credit for these eligible missing stays. *Complimentary Room Night Rewards have a one-year expiration and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
